5)    DISCUSSION

           5.1   RBRA Code Section 3.04.010-3.04.020; Revision

           Staff Report by Executive Director

          5.1.1  Attachment 1:  RBRA Code

         5.1.2 Attachment 2:   DRAFT Amended RBRA Code sections 3.04.010-3.04.020 

         5.1.3 Attachment 3:  Ordinance 25-02 to Adopt Revisions to the RBRA Code

           STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Consider an ordinance amending Sections 3.04.010-  

          3.04.020 of the Richardson Bay Regional Agency Code to set forth the conditions

          under which a transient vessel may anchor or moor in Richardson Bay pursuant to

          an anchoring permit issued by the Harbormaster.

           MOTION: Direct staff to open a public comment period until October 11, 2025; to                   

           return with the revised Richardson Bay Regional Agency Ordinance Code, as    

           amended, and comments received for further discussion prior to adoption on

           November 13, 2025.

6)    ANNOUNCEMENT OF BOARD MEETINGS AND EVENTS

6.1 The next regular board meeting will be held on November 13, 2025 at 5:30 pm at the Tiburon Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, CA 94920 and via Zoom.
